Antwort: Sofort nachdem Ihre Zahlung bei uns ankommt, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit Informationen zu Ihrem Einkauf und Download-Links. Die Download-Links finden sie auch in Ihrem studentsofboots.com Account unter "Meine Herunterladbaren Produkte".

Frage: Ich habe keine E-Mail nach dem Kauf erhalten.

Antwort: Bitte schauen sie auch im Spam Ordner ihres E-Mails nach. Die Download-Links finden sie auch in Ihrem studentsofboots.com Account unter "Meine Herunterladbaren Produkte".

Frage: Ich möchte viele Videos/Fotosets kaufen. Kann ich Rabatt bekommen?

Antwort: Sie bekommen von uns automatisch Rabatt wenn sie:

mehr als 30€ einkaufen, bekommen Sie 20% Rabatt

mehr als 50€ einkaufen, bekommen Sie 25% Rabatt

mehr als 100€ einkaufen, bekommen Sie 30% Rabatt.

Frage: Welche Zahlungsarten werden akzeptiert?

Antwort: Paypal, Kreditkarte (Mastercard, Visa) und EC.

Frage: Wann bekomme ich meine Download Links, wenn ich mit Kreditkarte oder EC bezahle?

A: You will receive an email immediately after we receive your payment. The links are in the email. You also find the links in your studentsofboots.com account under: "My Downloadable Products"

Q: I purchased videos/photosets. I did not receive an email.

A: Please check your email spam folder. You also find the download-links to your purchased videos/photosets in your studentsofboots.com account under: "My Downloadable Products"

Q: I buy a lot of videos/photosets. Can I have a discount?

A: You will have discounts automatically. If you buy:

more than 30€ you will get a 20% discount

more than 50€ you will get a 25% discount

more than 100€ you will get a 30% discount

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa and EC payments. 

Q: How long does it take until i receive the Links to my purchased videos/photosets, if I pay with MasterCard or Visa?
